Answering the survey I interpreted "1." as being "very similar", and was half way down the page before I happened to notice the headings. Maybe you could remove the numbers and just put a more descriptive heading at the top of each column? – EoghanM Mar 10 '12 at 12:11
@EoghanM Thank you for your feedback. The solution that you suggest would be ok, but probably it would introduce a slight bias in the interpretation of the Likert scale. – Mulone Mar 12 '12 at 18:42
